Aston's first birthday was on the 25th November 2007 and he had a lovely party. He is the apple of his parents eye. He sat on a pony for the first time at 3 months old and clearly enjoyed it by the smile on his face!

He attends every show to watch Mum and Dad ride and charms everybody who meets him with his gorgeous smile and bubbly personality! With his breeding he will surely make a rider....?!

About Adrian

Adrian on a pony Adrian started riding as a 2 year old. Although show jumping was always his passion, he did not specialise as a show jumper rider until he was 24.

At 21, Adrian spent two years working for the Olympic Dressage rider Jane Bredin. This instilled an underlying ability to train horses correctly on the flat which is still evident in his riding today.

After leaving Jane's yard, Adrian went to Paul Schockemohle's in Germany for two years where he became a show jumper.

"This was a life changing experience, being around people like Rene Tebbel on a daily basis changes both your outlook and improves your riding ability rapidly."

After working at Waterstock with New Zealand International rider Sharn Wordley for two years where he competed from and taught clients, he set up his own yard and Chailey Stud was born.

Adrian has produced many talented horses during his time including Equador which he competed internationally up to World Cup level.

He is well known for producing stallions, currently competing three including the talented show jumper Unicum II W.

Adrian had been breeding horses for eighteen years and has a broad knowledge of European bloodlines.

Adrian believes in finding the right horse for clients and offers training and help to all customers free of charge for the first month of a new partnership to help create the right bond.

Adrian believes to be successful one must be honest, have integrity, to have a happy and professional working environment and to always work to the best of your abilities.

About Vikki

Vikki started riding when she was two years old. It was clearly in her blood as both her parents had always been involved with horses. Her father, Tom, was in the Royal Horse Artillery.

Throughout her childhood and teenage years Vikki had a lot of success in all three disciplines as well as in the show ring. Her favourite horse, "Mr Nice Guy", was county champion many times in riding horse classes.

At fourteen Vikki started spending her school holidays working and training with Tim and Laura Stockdale. At sixteen Vikki was accepted into Warwickshire Agricultural College to study equine management.

Very shortly after this, Vikki was given the opportunity to run her own livery /training yard, "benormac equine services". After a couple of years in Sevenoaks, Vikki moved to Faircote Stud Farm in East Sussex, from where she ran a thriving 26 box livery yard, including breaking and schooling.

She earnt herself a superb reputation for top class horse care, an excellent young horse training scheme, and for running a very happy professional yard.

Vikki now concentrates on providing the livery services at Chailey Stud where her and Adrian's combined experience, passion and knowledge for horses is proving an unbeatable combination.

Vikki also continues to educate the young horses at home as well as in the showjumping arena and has a real love of hunting.
